Supported by the Institute of Machinery Intellegent (IMI) of Nankai
University, TJTC deals with software research, engineering development,
and service, at meantime, TJTC run a data entry/OCR process business. All
its business are directed by the following three experts:
IMI,
Nankai：majoring
on pattern
discovery and software development. Now IMI has 7 professors, Ph.D. and 20
Master students.

CONCORDIA University, Canada,inventor
of OCR software TypeReader, founded U.S. ExperVision Inc. in Silicon

Liu：Used
to be associate professor of
Tsinghua University, majoring database and data process, founder of
China's first data site in 1982, taking care of TJTC's data process and
data base projects. |
